From a desert to the city.
Do you write to be read ?
I know, the strategy of writing in French in an anglophone platform isn’t smart but that’s what I needed, somewhere I can publish without being read and criticized, I was voluntarily searching for the desert.
Why do I want to speak the city’s language ?
The language is different, but the passion still the same.
When came the decision to start writing in English, even I’m bad at it, I’m naturally inclined. So the reason is to exploit the abundance of opportunities’ doors at this city, and others too, where I can start making money with what I’m passionate about.
I’m far from having enough level to be specially competent, currently when reading a book, I’m taking more notes of the word than the ideas.
The story is long, will see how far I can go.
How does it feel to being read ?
A strange feeling, both stressful and exciting. I know that someone I don’t know will potential stumble upon my disarticulated English and the only way I can keep his attention is to offer an interesting idea to laugh at or meditate on…
