I discovered typing test, which measure Word Per Minute and our Accuracy.
I do French test and English too.
The French paragraph and way more difficult, there are lettres less obvious in the keyboard (î, é, è, Ï…) so you make errors more easily.
In English it helps me to sometimes instinctively find words.
My record is 70WMP and 97 % accuracy.
It’s addictive, xD I took more than one hour the first day and thirty minutes the next day xD
I’m considering applying for transcription jobs online and even if I have doubts and fears, I’ll try for a period of time and see how I’ll navigate this new thing xD
I hope I’ll get momentum and gain money so I can give myself permission to do bigger and more beautiful things…In fact, I’ll no matter what give myself that permission, but it’s cool to have a good experience to build up the momentum and the confidence in our skills xD
I took Casting Words’ test, will see how well I performed, it was cool, I did my best….
3 minutes later, I received an email : REFUSED xD

an English Class where we were 4 students only xD
I had many opportunities to speak and I guess I unlocked something psychologically and even if I’m not super fluent and my vocabulary is simple, I know I’m in the right way, seeing how much I have progressed makes this experiences valuable and a good exemple I guess :D
The progess is already visible, I can sense that I’m can handle a little chat. Few weeks ago, I couldn’t clearly utter two sentences….

Honestly speaking, I gave myself more room to error and also I tried to calme myself and defuse any worry I had about speaking in English…I think this is what changed everything…
